Additionally, you can choose whether to repeat the recorded actions multiple times or perform them just once. I find this app to be more reliable and easier to use than Apple’s Shortcuts app for accomplishing similar tasks. However, there is one limitation—it only allows for 100 repetitions. I needed to execute a repetitive task 21,224 times (updating entries in my media database).
To work around this limitation, I recorded myself performing the task 50 times, then had Input Recorder repeat that recording 50 times, processing 5,000 entries at a time.
